K-12 Basic Accident Medical Plan

Macori, Inc. offers products designed to provide payment for medical expenses incurred as a result of an accident involving students and student athletes. Coverage is available to elementary, junior and senior high schools in the public, private and parochial school arena.

COMPULSORY STUDENT ACCIDENT PLANS

Premium is paid by the school to provide accident coverage for all enrolled students. Benefits are provided during the hours and days when school is in session and while participating in school sponsored and supervised activities including sports, on or off the school premises.

MANDATORY SPORTS PLANS

Premium is paid by the school to provide benefits for Interscholastic Football, Sports, Band, Cheerleaders, Majorettes, Intramural Sports, Non Sport Extracurricular Activities and Gym Classes.

One day non-athletic field trip coverage, with a maximum benefit of $10,000 is included at no additional charge when sports coverage is purchased.

VOLUNTARY ACCIDENT COVERAGE

Voluntary benefits are offered in conjunction with our compulsory student and mandatory sports programs. These benefits provide parents the opportunity to insure their children against accidental injuries that would otherwise not be covered by the plan purchased by the school.
