- Up to $500,000 Accident Medical Maximums, Including Dental - No Aggregate Limit
- All Usual & Customary Plans - No Internal Limits
- Up to $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefits
- Additional $500,000 Catastrophe Cash Benefit
- Lump Sum Benefit paid to the Insured, in addition to the Accident Medical benefits, in the event of paralysis, coma or brain death.
- $100,000 Lump Sum Benefit payable after 6 months
- $45,000/Year thereafter for up to 10 years
