Our “one location” philosophy allows our client/universities the flexibility to change insurance carriers, add or change pharmacy benefit managers/preferred provider organizations, etc., while maintaining a consistent claims and customer service office year-to-year. Customer Service Teams are also tailored for each client/university to ensure consistent prompt personal service.
